- Late 1990s: Radio Frequency (RF) transmitters were added to overcome IR limitations, transmitting through blankets, walls, and obstacles
- Early 2000s: Low Frequency (125 KHz) exciters introduced precise floor-level and directional tracking

What About Higher Frequencies?
