M.G.M. Computer System, Inc. (dba MGM Solutions) was established in 1987 and has spent over 35 years developing customized Real-Time Location Systems for healthcare and government facilities. We are a CVE Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Unlike RTLS resellers, MGM Solutions is the developer and patent holder of the SecurTRAK™ RTLS platform. We design the software, hold the patents, and customize every deployment to our clients’ exact specifications. We know the hospital space and emphasize customizing each solution to each medical center’s unique processes and infrastructure.

We have developed on both the CenTrak and CenTrak-Elpas platforms, with our primary focus on the CenTrak-Elpas series — the platform on which our solutions have been proven successful in VA medical centers since 2002.

Michael Maurer — Principal

Mike brings 33 years of software development for healthcare, systems integration, and RFID/RTLS technologies. A U.S. Navy veteran (6 years, specializing in computer hardware/software, communications, cryptography, radar, and advanced mathematics), Mike holds multiple patents in real-time locating technology and has overseen 40+ VA RTLS deployments.

Surender Bhoopathy — Global Programming Director

Surender brings decades of global software development leadership to MGM Solutions. Previously the Global Programming Director for Deloitte, Surender oversees the development of all SecurTRAK software modules and custom integrations.

Michael Pannacciulli (Panna) — IT Director

20+ years providing SecurTRAK network integration, configuration, training, and client support. Panna is the technical lead for all system deployments and ensures seamless integration with hospital IT infrastructure.

Abe Winter — Field Installation Director

15+ years providing onsite installation, training, and certification to sub-contractors and customers, and onsite customer support. Abe ensures every installation meets our exacting quality standards.

Jim Thompson, Esq. — Legal Counsel

Jim has practiced law since 1986. Licensed in Colorado, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Jim has 30+ years of legal experience working with clients in business, construction, and real estate transactions.
